We are now looking for several skilled customer receptionists for the upcoming tire season for our client located in northern Stockholm. This is a full-time position that will run from the tire season starting in March.

In the role of customer receptionist, you will play a central role during the tire season where you meet customers and ensure they have a positive experience. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for receiving cars for tire changes, handling bookings via phone and email, and registering customer orders in the business system. You will work closely with the team to coordinate bookings and ensure that all administration runs smoothly, which helps simplify the work for both customers and colleagues. Your contribution is crucial in creating a professional and well-organized customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys working with people. You are outgoing, self-driven, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Experience in service and customer management is an advantage. You appreciate building good relationships both within the company and with customers, and you take responsibility for nurturing these relationships. A strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude are important to you.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which is a requirement. Additionally, you are accustomed to working with computers and phones, comfortable learning new systems quickly, and skilled at handling simpler administrative tasks.
